Apni Dukaan is an Australian Muslim family-owned business based in Sydney. We deliver across New South Wales, ACT, Victoria, Queensland, and Tasmania through our online store.

We currently deliver to most regions of New South Wales, ACT, Victoria, Queensland, and Tasmania, including many suburban, regional, and remote areas.

You can check your area on our Delivery Areas page. If your suburb is not listed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Our checkout includes a delivery date calculator that automatically shows the next available delivery date based on your location and the time your order is placed.

This allows you to know exactly when your order is expected before you complete your purchase.

Delivery availability can vary depending on your suburb, courier schedules, and demand during busy periods such as Ramadan, Eid, special promotions, and public holidays.

Delivery fees vary depending on your postcode and location and are calculated at checkout.

Some fresh meat cuts can vary slightly in weight from piece to piece. We always try to supply the closest possible weight to what you ordered.

If the final packed weight is less than your ordered quantity, we will adjust or refund the difference accordingly.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update your details before dispatch. The sooner you contact us, the better the chance we can fix it in time.

Fresh meat and groceries are packed in insulated packaging with ice packs.

We use trusted refrigerated courier partners where applicable to help maintain safe food temperatures during delivery.

Not always. Because your order is packed in insulated packaging with ice packs, it can remain protected for several hours after delivery.

However, we strongly recommend collecting your parcel as soon as possible.

All of our meat is dispatched fresh from our facility.

Depending on your delivery location and the courier route, your order may travel in a refrigerated or freezer truck during transit. In some cases this may cause the products to arrive chilled or partially frozen before delivery.

This helps ensure food safety during longer journeys to suburban, regional, and remote areas.

The quality and safety of the meat are not affected, and it can be safely stored or thawed according to normal food handling practices.

All of our meat and groceries are dispatched fresh from our facility.

However, depending on your delivery location and courier route, your order may travel in refrigerated or freezer trucks during transit. This can sometimes cause products to arrive chilled or partially frozen by the time they reach you.

This is especially common for deliveries travelling longer distances to suburban, regional, or remote areas. The colder temperature helps ensure that the products remain safe and fresh throughout the journey.

The quality of the product is not affected, and the meat can be safely stored or thawed using normal food handling practices.

If a specific brand is temporarily out of stock, we may replace it with the closest available alternative brand of similar quality.

This helps ensure your order can still be fulfilled without unnecessary delays.

If you would prefer no substitutions for a particular product, please leave a note in your order instructions and we will do our best to follow your request.

We take great care when packing orders, but occasionally mistakes can happen.

If something is missing from your delivery, please send us an email with your order number and the missing product so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it fairly and promptly.

If you need to change or cancel all or part of your order, please contact us as early as possible. We recommend reaching out at least 72 hours before your selected delivery date.

Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
