Before you join

Which orders qualify for free delivery?

Eligible orders require at least $100 of qualifying merchandise and a supported delivery address. Membership does not extend refrigerated delivery coverage. Aayat and Fragrance-only orders have no purchase minimum, but free delivery still requires $100. Qurban, Aqeeqa and other special orders may have separate conditions.

How do renewals and cancellation work?

The monthly plan renews each month; the annual plan renews each year. Cancel through your account or contact us for help. Benefits continue until the end of your paid period.

Can I use Plus with weekly specials and bulk packs?

Yes. Eligible purchases count towards free delivery. Weekly special prices and ordinary meat or bulk-buy prices are the same for members and non-members in the same delivery area; no extra Plus meat discount applies.
