First time ordering groceries online and was really anxious on how it would turn out. Well, no more worries. Absolutely amazing experience. Ordered them delicious bun kababs, was informed of the day the order will be received, was sent tracking code, order came within the stated time frame and in a chilled box. So happy that such a halal store has popped up. Urge to community to please support his endeavour!!

𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗽𝗻𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗸𝗮𝗮𝗻.𝗰𝗼𝗺.𝗮𝘂 I would just like to acknowledge the great experience that I had with Apni Dukaan – Online Food Store Australia at each step from ordering to delivery of goods to home. 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 Easy to use user interface on website (there is mobile app as well but was down for some reason) which allows you to select huge variety of desi products from the comfort of your home (specially) during lockdown avoiding exposure to any risks. 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁 I do not compare cost much over convenience however a quick comparison revealed that Apnidukaan.com.au prices of meat products are lower than my local halal meat shops in area. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 Received immediate order confirmation via SMS and email also throughout the delivery process I was informed when should I expect the order to be received. 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 Products were delivered first thing in the morning on specified date in nice waterproof packing for frozen products & meat was individually packed in vacuum bags. Items were dropped at the door on safe place ensuring zero contact and delivery person ensured that I pickup box before he left. Immediately after delivery I received email confirmation of delivery with the pictures of where the item was dropped as a proof (to avoid any dispute around delivery) Simply the overall experience wowed me and I wish best of luck to Raza Hasan for success of this great idea, efforts and business in future.
